[Zelenika] apartments, rooms, studios, houses on the beach | Private accommodation and summer in Montenegro 2025: Zelenika is a city settlement in the municipality of Herceg Novi in Montenegro. According to the 2003 census, there were 1.444 inhabitants (according to the 1991 census there were 1,204 inhabitants). It is a seaside town in Boka Kotorska Bay, which is 4.5 - {km} - east of Herceg Novi. In 1902, the Hotel Beach was built - it was built by Dr. Antal Hungar from Budapest, and it is the first hotel on the Montenegrin coast, the forerunner of Herceg and Montenegrin hotel industry.
